Nano hardly open file with lot of content, it's probably more an upstream
feature but :
- need to opn more than 200 000 000lines.

(Also, you're not saying what the actual problem is.  Does it take too
long?  Does your machine not have RAM enough to ingest the whole file?
Nano needs to read the whole file first -- it is simple-minded.)
