Installation of resolvconf fails for Trixie running in a Docker
container. Sample session:

In real life I would have never tried to install resolvconf on purpose
in a Docker container, but it popped up in a dependency chain. I can't
help it. IMHO it would be sufficient if resolvconf.postinst just shows
a warning.
