I'm trying to slowly remove CDBS from the whole distribution.

As an extra perk it breaks my tracking script from some
mysteriour reason, so it's better to fix it than special-case it.

an handfull of package must drop the "oss4-dev [!linux-any]"
and be rebuilt build-dependency to decruft the archive.
