Hi,

testssl.sh ships /etc/testssl/DST Root CA X3.txt
This file is not marked as a conffile

Files in /etc must be marked conffiles if they are included in a package.
Otherwise they should be created by maintainer scripts.

Please refer to Configuration files (Section 10.7) in the Debian Policy
Manual for details.
