Hi, version 6.4.10 don't exist in cinnamon-session, if the bug is on the
latest version it would be 6.4.0-1 but I couldn't reproduce it (tried on
Sid and also with software opened with unsaved work since someone
upstream indicates inhibitor issues), so we need to understand in which
cases it happens.

And why you linked a PR that is already included in latest version?

Upon further investigation,  I have discovered that the issue
appears related to 'Unsaved Work' popup.    Having gedit or rhythmbox  open
causes shutdown to logout user.   Also the suspend button is missing from
the shutdown options when this occurs.    The expected behavior, there
should be a panel warning of unsaved work.

If I manually close gedit and rhythmbox before shutting down, the shutdown
sequence completes as normal, and the suspend button is available.
