Cannot downgrade mesa etc as suggested here https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=381083 As dependencies mean deletion of almost all userspace packages
Kodi worked OK on Debian 9, 10, 11 and 12. This problem occurred immediately after Debian 13 upgrade.
