   Update from Debian 12 to Debian 13

   The service fails to start, bacause the required python module is missing
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
   It would work normally

Thank you for the bug report. Can you clarify when exactly this
happened? During the upgrade to Debian 13, or afterwards? How exactly
did you detect / notice the failed service startup? Is the problem
reproducible, now that the upgrade is finished and you have presumably
rebooted your machine?
