1. Start Evolution
2. In the outlook.com web UI move a folder from your inbox to a sub folder or
delete it
3. Hit refresh in Evolution
4. E-mail is still present in Evolution
5. When you click on it tells you the e-mail could not be loaded
6. Solution delete the e-mail from Evolution that was unable to load

I am cherry-picking this fix for Debian Unstable now. It's too late
for this fix to also make it into Debian 13.2. After Debian 13.2 is
released, I can build packages for you to try. If testing goes well,
