Hi,

currently ohcount does not include the full command line arguments passed to the
compiler and linker in its build logs. Here's a snippet as an example:

  Building src/parser.c (will take a while)
  Building Ohcount

Policy 4.9.1 says that the package build should be as verbose as
reasonably possible to make life easier for porters and bug squashers
more generally:

Please include the full compiler and linker arguments in ohcount's build logs,
unless the "terse" tag is present in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS.
