nextepc fails to compile with libmongoc-dev v2 that is about to migrate
to testing.

Since there hasn't been a maintainer upload for several years and the
last 3 uploads have been NMUs, I have prepared an NMU that fixes the
FTBFS. The debdiff is attached to this mail. I also forwarded the patch
to upstream, though upstream seems to be non-responsive to GitHub issues
and PRs for some time.

The upload is DELAYED/5.
