kopia is a Apache-2 licenced backup software:

Debian packages are produced upstream, instructions:

https://kopia.io/docs/installation/#linux-installation-using-apt-debian-ubuntu

I think it would be a nice addition to extrepo.

Note: I could not find in extrepo documentation how to suggest a new
repository to the extrepo team, did I miss something?
