This source package (build-)depends on packages from goocanvas-2.0,
which is unmaintained upstream (see #1112390).

If I understand correctly, the suggested replacement is to use a
GtkDrawingArea (GTK 3 or 4) or the Gsk scene graph (GTK 4).

Hi,

I am including a patch for this. Please forward it upstream. I do not

Thanks a lot for this patch! I will test and forward it upstream.

The production module is indeed the only upstream module using the calendar
widget, but we have a bunch of custom modules using it. I will test with those.
