Dear maintainer,

I see that the package clc-intercal (version 1:1.00-3) recommends libgtk2-perl
which is not in unstable.

The libgtk2-perl was removed from unstable on 2021-10-08
( https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libgtk2-perl )

Should it be dropped or changed?
