Dear Maintainer,

I noticed when invoking `toot tui` that it reports its own version as
v0.0.0 (hard to miss the big splash screen), also visible like so:

~$ toot --version
toot v0.0.0

The version in unstable, tested with `apt-venv`, is also affected.
