While I've seen other timeout bugs in the tests (e.g. with the input
selector), I have not seen this one. Since it has been a year since
this one is open and there have been numerous builds since, I can only
assume the issue is no longer there.

If it pops back up, I can disable the test.

After some further consulting with Santiago, the additional
information that the build problem occurs in a reproducible way on
machines with 1 CPU helped.

I set up a QEMU VM with 1 CPU and reproduced the problem.

I am reopening the bug, an upload with a fix is pending.

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
gst-plugins-base1.0, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.

A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is
attached.
