  rsop verify t.asc t /dev/null

Actual behaviour

  thread 'main' panicked at /usr/share/cargo/registry/rpgpie-sop-0.6.3/src/lib.rs:142:52:
  FIXME: Rpgp(Message("not enough bytes in buffer: armor header"))
  note: run with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1` environment variable to display a backtrace

Expected behaviour

  IDK, but probably a proper error message rather than a FIXME and panic.

Notes

  I don't actually know what this data is.  I was trying to use rsop
  to find out.  It's probably not, in fact, OpenPGP data.

  The data is from tag2upload job 1046.
