aptly Conflicts with gnupg1 as a cheap cop-out to close #990821
but this causes problems for people who use both aptly and gnupg1,
as was already pointed out four years ago.

Please fix it in the software instead and remove that Conflicts.

Is it even still in the current version?

I don’t have a setup for aptly (this is preparing for someone else
to use), could anyone with one please check by hacking out the
Conflicts from /var/lib/dpkg/status, installing gnupg1, and verifying
aptly still works?
