Tried to search for a word using okular in PDF files created by LaTeX or

Microsoft Word, not scanned images.

Tried to search for a word using okular in PDF files created by LaTeX or

Microsoft Word, not scanned images.




 * What was the outcome of this action?




Okular displayed a page that didn't contain the search item. After several

attempts, it eventually displayed a page containing the search item.




 * What outcome did you expect instead?




Okular should have displayed a page containing the search item on the first

attempt.
