I see that the package php-horde-activesync (version 2.41.9-1)
recommends php-horde-mongo which is not in unstable.

This can be seen in
https://packages.debian.org/unstable/php-horde-activesync

Should it be dropped or changed?

I see that https://tracker.debian.org has information on the not
available packages:

- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/php-horde-mongo : was removed from
  Debian in 2024
