Dear maintainer,

I see that the package php-horde-core (version 2.31.18+debian0-2)
recommends php-horde-backup and php-horde-mongo which are not in
unstable.

This can be seen in https://packages.debian.org/unstable/php-horde-core

Should they be dropped or changed?

I see that https://tracker.debian.org has information on the not
available packages:

- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/php-horde-backup : returns 404, likely
  never been in Debian?
- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/php-horde-mongo : removed in 2024
