I see that the package php-horde-sessionhandler (version 2.3.0-1)
recommends php-horde-mongo which is not in unstable.

This can be seen in
https://packages.debian.org/unstable/php-horde-sessionhandler

Should it be dropped or changed?

I see that https://tracker.debian.org has information on the not
available packages:

- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/php-horde-mongo : removed in 2024-09
