There was an update for firefox from 128.14.0esr-1~deb12u1 to 140.3.0esr-1~deb12u1 on sept. 18. But it seems that for arm64 architecture on bookworm, the firefox-esr package is not available. There are only the firefox-esr-l10n-XXX. For example, on french language:

I see Firefox 153.5.0esr available on bookworm arm64 now.
