Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

After last upgrade, gimp doesn't start.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Starting from menu, from command-line, removing my ~/.config/GIMP/3.0
directory, purging and installing gimp package, restart. Nothing helped, fails
with the same error.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
