Hi,

reform-firedecor has a tight dependency on libwf-config1:

	dh_gencontrol -- -V"libwf-config1:Version=$(shell dpkg-query -f '$${source:Version}' --show "libwf-config1")"

This is using source:Version, which means that if libwf-config1 gets binNMUed,
the new version won't be picked up, e.g. [1]:

Get:275 https://deb.debian.org/debian sid/main amd64 libwf-config1 amd64 0.9.0-2+b1 [143 kB]
[...]
dh_gencontrol -- -V"libwf-config1:Version=0.9.0-2"
Depends: [...], libwf-config1 (= 0.9.0-2), [...]

This prevents the binNMU'ed wf-config from migrating to testing:

    Issues preventing migration:
    ∙ ∙ migrating libwf-config1/0.9.0-2+b1/amd64 to testing makes reform-firedecor/2023-10-23-8+b1/amd64 uninstallable

Cheers,
Emilio
