Hi,

your package Depends on mysql-connector-python, which due to #923347
cannot migrate to testing. Thus your package also cannot migrate to
testing.

This bug is mostly to document this. I assume if you could use a
mysql-compatible connector with a suitable license (maybe from
MariaDB) you would.
