Please remove rust-netbuf from Debian. It is unused in Debian.

No. I packaged netbuf because it will be used by the next hedgewars version.
It has no reverse-dependencies but I need to test hedgewars beta release, and the final is scheduled usually around
october/november (with usual delays).

Just FTR also rust-saturate is needed for hedgewars
