Dear Maintainer,

The upstream project is not actively developed or maintained.  There
is an actively developed project
https://github.com/adriangalilea/namecheap-python which also provides
a `namecheap` CLI tool as well as a python3-namecheap library.  How
about we remove this package, and replace it with
adriangalilea/namecheap-python?
