IMAP4 daemon does fail to (re-)start with

  systemd[1]: mailutils-imap4d.service: Scheduled restart job, restart counter is at 5.
  systemd[1]: mailutils-imap4d.service: Start request repeated too quickly.
  systemd[1]: mailutils-imap4d.service: Failed with result 'start-limit-hit'.
  systemd[1]: Failed to start mailutils-imap4d.service - GNU IMAP4 daemon.

It seems that the daemon does too often fail to come up.  I'm not sure
what the origin of the issue, but as work-around it works to set in

  * /usr/lib/systemd/system/mailutils-imap4d.service

    StartLimitBurst=0

I provide a patch as reply to this report.
