The package previously existed in Debian but was removed due to inactivity.
I am volunteering to maintain it and have uploaded an updated version to
mentors.debian.net:

Hi Steven,

Where's the upstream code? I tried to follow the link that you provided
but renders a 404. Also tried a web search and couldn't find anything
but old references to derivatives of the original Debian package.
