Dear Maintainer,
simple-scan + HP driver (ver. 3.22.10) for scanning on
HP_LaserJet_MFP_M232-M237 printers often generates a SIGFAULT on
libgtk-4 when
scanning.

Recompiling the package from Debian source causes the same error.

Downloading from https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/simple-scan.git and
recompiling:

$ meson --reconfigure --prefix /usr/local _build
$ ninja -C _build all install
$ checkinstall --install ninja -C _build all install

works fine.

There is not enough information in this bug for us to do anything with it.

Since you compile some software yourself, please make sure you don't
have additional things like an old version of gtk4 installed in
/usr/local/lib/
