The keyboard types too fast in the tty1 console. When I try to change
the USB keyboard settings using the kbdrate utility, it reports that
the settings have been accepted, but no changes are made. It's real
problem for me.

I use Debian GNU/Linux 13 with "Linux 6.12.57+deb13-amd64" kernel
PC: GA-F2A85X-UP4 with CPU AMD A8-5600K with 16GB  of RAM and keyboard
