it seems that your Intent-To-Orphan orphaned the package, but you did
NOT file an orphaning bug for it as required by dev-ref. [1]
Can you please complete the task by filing the required bugs.

I intend to orphan the elvis-tiny package.

The official Homepage vanished.  So if you might take over this package
you will become de facto upstream.

The package description is:
 Elvis-tiny is based on a 1991 Minix version of elvis. You should install
 another vi-editor (such as "vim", "elvis" or "nvi") if you want a vi
 editor that is full featured and has no bugs.
