Hi there, I see that work is underway to get LXQt 2.3 into sid; thank
you very much for that.  Is there any interest in backporting it to
trixie once it's landed?  If there aren't plans, is this something I
could help make happen, not being a DM/DD?

I have been building packages externally, but of course official
backports would be more useful to everyone.

Lxqt packages are team maintained in Debian under lxqt-team via
salsa:
https://salsa.debian.org/lxqt-team

There are many contributors who hasn't been a DM/DD yet in the
team.
in the team can review and upload the packages.
