Dear Maintainer, When launching reportbug from the console; there seems to be a missing dependancy "gir1.2-vte-2.91" when prompted to use the GTK+ version. The reportbug feature drops to a console window just fine after trying to launch the GTK+ version. Exact Message: "Please install the gir1.2-vte-2.91 package to use the GTK+ (known as 'gtk' in reportbug) interface." "Falling back to 'text' interface.
The reportbug-gtk package carries the necessary dependencies to be able to
use the GTK UI. The basic reportbug package intentionally doesn't have
GUI dependencies, because it's intended to be usable in non-GUI
environments.
Ideally the error message you quoted would recommend installing
reportbug-gtk, rather than individual dependency packages.

Hello Simon, Using the desktop version (gnome) I see reportbug-gtk not installed by default. Perhaps I am confused why reportbug-gtk is not installed when using/installing the desktop version (gnome). I agree using reportbug is more sever related; but on first entry I see some confusion when using the desktop version (gnome) that the GTK version is not included by default. Quote me if I am wrong: reportbug should only be installed on sever, reportbug-gtk should be installed using a DE environment by default. Thank You!
