Hi,

Since upgrading to trixie, approx one boot in every 5 results in a white
screen with just mouse pointer. Mouse moves, Ctrl-Alt-F3 works.

every second or so, 3 lines of error messages show. Sorry, I don't have
the content of the messages, this is with a family members' computer,
and I fumbled when trying to photograph the screen (and didn't think of
doing dmesg from the network).

This is with a GeForce GT 216 card:

Kernel is linux-image-6.12.57+deb13-amd64

With an earlier kernel (6.12.43 ?) on trixie the problem was slightly
worse: Mouse was frozen, and neither Ctrl-Alt-F3 nor chvt (issued from
network session) were working.

Everything was working fine in bookworm.
