A command-line utility and library to fetch BibTeX entries from DOIs, arXiv ids,
 IDs and also export to .bib files.

 - This package is a dependency of quickbib (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1121420).
   There is no similar package in debian repositories.
 - I plan to maintain the package myself, but I would be glad if the
   PythonTeam sponsors it. I need a sponsor.
