Hello, I think it should be just pangu-spacing unless this terminology "pangu" is something people generally use outside of an Emacs context (IHNI).

I think the Debian name of this source package depends on whether
"盤古之白" is a real term used by sinologists. Both project's READMEs
"Other research…Let's all strive for this" translated text makes me
question whether this is actually the case.
However, if it is a real term, then the convention is almost certainly
used in other bilingual publications, and it may be a common phrase that
isn't specific to Emacs at all.
