Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
python-openstep-plist could not be built reproducibly.

This is because if the tests are *not* run, then the binary package
will contain a _version.py file. A patch is attached that will remove
this file in the PYBUILD_BEFORE_INSTALL.
