This package has a direct Build-Depends on the dbus package, and its
-dev package directly Depends on the dbus package. This is probably a 
larger dependency than it really needs, and could interfere with use of
the dbus-broker package as a system bus.

For the Build-Depends, if it's using dbus-run-session or a similar
mechanism to run tests, the dbus-daemon package would probably be a

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dbus-cpp/+bug/1272191, again
dbus-daemon would likely be a better dependency.
