Dear Maintainer,

In the Rust team we are coordinating the update of quickxml from 0.36 to 0.38.
Apparently rust-rio needs to be updated as part of that, and seems to be the
last reverse dependency that needs such an update.
Could you tackle this?

rust-rio is not yet ready to support the newer quick-xml, but no other
packages depend on rio yet, so I don't want it to hold back progress.

Please feel free to request removal of rust-rio from testing (but only
from testing, not from unstable!) if that helps the migration process.
