Dear maintainer,

upstream has provided several new releases, including a new major
version, with multiple changes, some of them even API breaking, cf.
<http://www.pell.portland.or.us/~orc/Code/discount/downloads.html>.

Still, it seems worth going forward and eventually packaging it for
Debian. Thanks!
