d/copyright states that the license for everything is Artistic-2.0, but
README and most files state that they're licensed under Artistic-2.0 OR
GPL (verion unclear, perhaps clarify with upstream?), while share/gtk-
pipe-viewer.glade says it's licensed under GPL-3-or-later.

Other that that, packaging looks good.
