#1123751 phpmyadmin: Package has a Suggests on php-pragmarx-google2fa-qrcode which cannot be satisfied. Enabling 2fa is a real security improvement, rpm version exists.

It is known since a while as https://salsa.debian.org/phpmyadmin-team/phpmyadmin/-/issues/3

But I made some steps a while ago to be able to switch on the feature when the package is done: https://sources.debian.org/src/phpmyadmin/4%3A5.2.1%2Bdfsg-1%2Bdeb12u1/debian/autoload.php.tpl#L25

I will do my best to package the missing package.
