    * What led up to the situation?
I wanted to change the default terminal emulator from Konsole to Alacritty.
    * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
      ineffective)?
I did change it, and it seems like it took effect. The problem though is
that using the Alt+Ctrl+T command still opens Konsole despite it was
changed in KDE system settings under the default apps menu.
    * What was the outcome of this action?
Using Alt+Ctrl+T still opens Konsole.
    * What outcome did you expect instead?
Using Alt+Ctrl+T supposed to open the user selected default terminal
emulator which is Alacritty in my case.

As I wasn't able to send e-mail via reportbug I copied the generated
file into Thunderbird and sent them with it.

Thanks for your bug report.

I can understand the rationale behind your bug report. But the shortcut system
is different ;)

If you go to Systemsettings -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts you see that Alt+Ctrl+T
is assigned to launch konsole and not to start the default terminal. So as a
workaround you need add the Shortcut to launch Alacritty.

And than you should create a bugreport on kde bugtracker: bugs.kde.org and
post the link here in the bugreport, so we can track when KDE is fixing this.
