Dear Maintainer,

Noticed a couple of times lately that after quite awhile(days) running
mnemosyne at some point
it starts printing a bunch of messages to console

qt.sql.qsqldatabase: QSqlDatabasePrivate::removeDatabase: connection
'qt_sql_default_connection' is still in use, all queries will cease to
work.
qt.sql.qsqldatabase: QSqlDatabasePrivate::addDatabase: duplicate
connection name 'qt_sql_default_connection', old connection removed.
qt.sql.qsqldatabase: QSqlDatabasePrivate::removeDatabase: connection
'qt_sql_default_connection' is still in use, all queries will cease to
work.
qt.sql.qsqldatabase: QSqlDatabasePrivate::addDatabase: duplicate
connection name 'qt_sql_default_connection', old connection removed.

over and over and over again
at this point I close mnemosyne(it closes fine), start it up, and as
far as I can tell there's no effects other than these warning
messages.
