Dear Maintainer,

When launching GNU Radio Companion (command gnuradio-companion), the
File -> New menu should provide the options of creating a new Qt, CLI
or Hier block. Currently the sub-menu is empty.

The issue is with GNU Radio and being fixed, not with Debian. Apologies
