Hello notmuch maintainers, So as you might know, when someone search mail with "notmuch-mutt --prompt search" and reply from it, mutt is not aware of the reply flag given to it (as it is operated on a temp dir). It would be lovely, if we have a notmuch-mutt reply option, so we can reply this option and the reply flags will be synced backed to the mutt. Or if there is any workaround you all know/use, I am to happy to try.

Thanks for the update on project's current status. Its not that very important missing feature. I can manually tag with reply flag for now. Anyway I am sticking with mutt. Lets keep this report open, maybe one someone will work on this in future.
