We no longer have any mips* architectures in the archive and most mips*
specific bits (gcc-defaults-mipsen, gcc-X-cross-mipsen, etc) of the
toolchain have already been removed from testing. So this bug is here to
ensure that we do not release forky with binutils-mipsen.

Thanks. I don't have enough time to keep these packages always up to date,
and I think that keeping them in unstable may be useful and enough.
