Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation? Not much, I just tried to install the most
recent updates and ran into an "Update Error"
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? I tried again later as requested by the error message, I
will copy and past the technical report below.: ineffective. I also tried
updating and upgrading via the konsole (bash) but it will not upgrade them:
ineffective.
   * What was the outcome of this action? Neither Discover nor bash could
update/upgrade these system packages; they remain out of date.
   * What outcome did you expect instead? I did expect the bash method to work
but it hasn't, hence this report.
