this bug follows up
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1114971
The replacement of the packages was not done, because to many packages
would have been deleted.
So the installation would get unusable.

So now a complete fresh new installation of Debian 13 (trixie) has been
done on a free partition.
The Multimedia repository has not been included!

After installing wine and wine32 a try to install of irfanview.com ends
up with

MESA-INTEL: warning: Haswell Vulkan support is incomplete
wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135

So after many many years this is the first time wine does not work any more.
There was never a problem installing and using it including the
Multimedia repository.

This is one of the show stoppers of using Debian 13.
Debian 11 is the last release that works satisfying.
In Debian 12 wine could still be used on the same PC.
